Sinolumko Engineering founded in 2020 by a young married couple. As a couple we realized a need and desire to offer mechanical engineering services to Engineering, Mining and Construction industries and that’s the reason we decide to venture into business. The name Sinolumko was derived from the Xhosa word Sinobulumko “We have Wisdom” was inspired by the solid experience, knowledge and skills acquired through the years in our different disciplines, further the passion and talent brought to this engineering company.

is 100% black and female owned. The philosophy of this engineering company is

Kgaogelo Sophia
Mcobeni is a Chief Admin Clerk and specializes with payroll, personnel
management, verifier of GEPF. Kgaogelo she has been with the Department Water
Affairs for more than 8 years. Kgaogelo holds a National Diploma in Office
Management and Technology from Tshwane University of Technology (TUT). Kgaogelo
also complete a Payroll and Tax Administration short course with Cape Town
University.
Sello Mcobeni is a Professional Engineer (Mechanical)
registered with ECSA, specializes with mechanical structures and machine
designing. Sello was in the military environment for 5 years specializing with mechanical
structures and mechanisms design and 7 years in the energy and power
generation. Sello holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours).(Mechanical)
majoring in Machine Design, Structural Integrity, Fracture Mechanics, Finite
Elements Analysis (FEA) and Welding Processes, Bachelor of Engineering
(Mechanical) from University of Pretoria (UP). Further he also holds a
certificate from Enterprises at UP of Programme in Project Management.
